Pete,
From the photo's that does look to be a long way out. Vincent is the chap to advise as he has straightened many frames. My thoughts are that the frame will need stripping and then put on a proper frame jig to straighten it. There have been a few previews topics on frame straightening (search 'frame straighten' ) and I am sure that someone can advise on the proabable cost and where you can get it done.
