I hadn't thought of the insurance implications, I was just pleased that the bike would get a registration number and I would be able to get it on the road (at last). As soon as I've got the "log" book I'll let you know if I have any difficulty with the insurance. Hopefully the bike will be on the road very soon now.

I got insurance from 'Carol Nash' and after explaining everything, I had a very good deal
Have used the breakdown recovery twice: once when con rod snapped (engine re-build) and once when I thought engine had seised, I think Carol Nash is brill! (and I aint advertising on her behalf)
