It's allegedly a 1960 copy of Waller in the Document Repository. Very near the bottom of the page in 'Owners' Guides'

I have the Waller book which is clearly the inside track, but interestingly, I came across The book of the Ariel by W C Haycraft FRSA 1948 edition from the Pitman motorcycle library, at the autojumble, it looks to have Wallers influence but is also very deep in explanations, covers the range from 1932 to 47, one to look out for.
