Unfortunately I missed out on Rays headlamp shell so am still looking for an entire unit.

Good to hear that the new copies are well made, as at least I can go for one of these as a stop gap whilst looking for an original.

Spot the difference. The Square Four has a modern replica headlamp whilst the Red Hunter has an original.

I think I might get one of those and then try to track down some original flat fluted glass as you suggest.

I bought it from the Czech boys as per the link then fitted an old glass, bought from a car jumble.
