Re: FOR SALE : 55 Colt
Having bought bikes from Andy before I know he's one of the better dealers but is this a fair price for a Colt? I've always quite liked them and now I'm getting older (and weaker!), it would be a logical move but what are the usual pitfalls of Colt ownership? Being a bit of a dinosaur I'm wary of anything without a magneto!

Re: FOR SALE : 55 Colt
For what it's worth, I've been watching Bantam sales lately (I need the space for the FH). Its easy to spend 2k on a D1 Bantam in a private sale so I guess this Colt is reasonable at a dealer.
cheers

Re: FOR SALE : 55 Colt
Thanks Adrie - is that why some folk fit C10 gearboxes, or is that just to gain another cog? Anyone know what happened to the Colt Geoff Duke rode in the Scott?
