Ariel springer ???????
I have be told this is an early Ariel front end girder fork springer. Can anyone help identify ..sorry I can not find any makings or numbers on it ...sorry for the quality of the photos which I hope have attached ...The distance shown measured from center of bottom pin to center of wheel axial approx 16" 1/2 in

Hello Dave, It's not very well visible but I think the front tubes should be straight when looked at from the side.
I could be wrong as it's a earlier then '39/'40 fork. Maybe those are like that.
I once almost bought a '39 fork that had a head on collision, both front tubes had the same rearward bent in them.
It looked o.k. until compared to another -straight- fork.

Hi Dave,
The top looks like Ariel but the early 30s 31 32 the finder stays are connected to the front wheel nut. BSA 30-35?

Hi thanks to all - sorry for late reply as I only get on here once or twice a week - I will try to get better pics - Andy - not at the moment but will let you know if I'm going to use them or not on this project.
