Yep, I've seen it.
'Vliegroest' could be translated as 'Flyrust', and a word that is used if a piece of metal is just starting to oxidize.
Well......this one is past the stage of just starting ! it is rusted !
What's so special W/NG about it ? yes the frame brackets are W/NG, but the box ??
My 'W/NG' toolbox has a document sleeve on the inside of the lid, and - Thanks to Dave Owen- the toggle knob.

It looks like just a standard Enfield type toolbox with a couple of brackets on,or are they specific to wng only.

As far as I can see it looks genuine Ariel. I don't think Enfield does have the bracket underneath. I agree with Vincent it is very expensive.
