PM Wont Send help please.

Good Evening,
I have been trying to PM another forum member, the system says the message has been sent but they stay firmly fixed in the out box.

I have tried contacting ADMIN but that message stays stuck too.

Any guidance on my foolish mistake much appreciated.

Messages remain I your outbox until the recipient reads them.

If the recipient has a full inbox, then no more messages will load until they delete some and free up some space.

I have the admin account but I confess it's been a few days since I used it. I will check tomorrow and respond. That should confirm the behaviour.
