Sorry guys, It was a matter of time before someone brought up this topic - so I might as well start it.
I am looking for the best modern alternative for Glamour Red, any suggestions??

Re: Export Colours
I just use post office red and so far there has been no complaint from the 'originality police'...it is not like deep claret which has been given various interpretations.

Thanks for the information. I am not sure if I am being too fussy??
My bike is in the Glamour paint style but the colour is burgundy? When stripping the paint off with paint stripper I found a bright red under the top coat (which pickled up before I could get a colour match), but only on the oil tank and tool box! Is it possible that the burgundy colour is correct for a uk bike?
The bike is a 1959 Huntmaster with H C S stamped under the engine number.
Is there a colour code for Post Office Red??
Thanks Barry
