VH engine ex Frank Wilkins

Hi Arielist,
some of you might have seen the iron VH engine on ebay ending yesterday evening. I was very tempted to buy it or at least to bid on it but finally did not. Is there anything known what Frank did to these engines?
I remember that I spoke to Frank several times many years ago but never thought of the chance that such an engine would come up for sale! If the buyer reads this, why not share the special modifications with us Arielists?
