Wanted Gearbox parts

Need parts for a 3-speed burman gearbox ca 1930. Bike is 500ccm OHV.
Need the two gears for high speed, Big gear has 29 teeth, small one has 21 teeth.

Those are the first ones to wear, as they are constant mesh and used in every gear but top.I think they may be hard to find, but could be remanufactured, though not the simplest. Nev

Hi Nev,
This gearbox have had a hard life, and with a worn out bronze bushing and a to tight chain things go bad fast....
Hope someone can find me a set, not easy to get someone make these anymore. Thanks.

I have welded soft new tooth on a Vincent Rapide gear, giving no problems after, your not going round the world on it.

Hi, Think maybe possible to weld the small gear, but the big one is pretty worn all over. Regards Lars
