Hi, all
I have new pushrod tube rubbers and also an old Britax gasket set from ebay. The Britax set has one pair of rubbers slightly shorter than the new set. Hopefully I can now mount the head without trimming the rubber.
Is there a decent way to shorten these rubbers smoothly so they don't leak oil?

Not to My knowledge. See if they compress enough without undue Pressure. Nev

Isn't one end supposed to be shorter than the other? I can't remember which way around they are.charles.bulloch wrote: Fri May 08, 2026 4:32 pm Hi, all

Hi, Simon,
the modern ones are all the same length, mostly.
