I would like to suggest a new category to add to the topics. It could be labeled:
GUESS WHAT?
A lot of members have odds and sods in boxes and drawers that aren’t easily identifiable, because it has been decades since they were last put there, or possibly because the bits came in a collection of spares bought in but don’t look like they belong to an Ariel.
There are many super knowledgeable members that might enjoy testing their puzzle solving abilities and at the same time sparing a rare Ariel part from heading to the recycling bin.
Multiple submissions just need to be labeled numerically, accompanied by an image.
Answers can then simply be recorded along with the corresponding number. Example:
1- a spigot for 1931 …
2- a tank screw for ….
Guess what?

Hi
On another motorcycle forum I used to frequent they had a weekly picture quiz, components or whole motorcycles taken from 'interesting' angles for identification, I rather enjoyed it. They got there photos from members submissions.
Regards Mick
