This looks like a very nice machine indeed!
Rear mudguard looks a bit to short, prob. due to mudguard stay to much to the front. should be in a 90 degree angle. Early 30’s friction damper knob?

The steering damper knob is from an Astra, the side one on the fork is BSA M20 I think.
