Hi Karol. Is the breather hole in the oil filler cap clear? Try running the engine; with the magneto drive, inspection cap, removed; to see if oil is being blown out.

The vent hole in the oil pan cap is loose. When I removed the magneto cap and started the engine, I felt only minimal pressure. That's probably why the oil only leaks when I drive for a long time at higher engine speeds. Then the pressure probably rises a little. I think that one engine breather would save everything. Maybe if I hadn't sealed the engine so well and a little pressure had leaked through the seals, I wouldn't have even noticed it.

we probably found a fault that is forcing oil out of the engine. I found that in an effort to seal the engine and prevent oil leakage, I left the cover on one bearing, guys. I thought it would seal better and oil wouldn't leak into the clutch part. It was a mistake. Instead of the bearing cover, there must be a fine sieve. Then the engine can breathe gently into the primary part and there is no pressure in it. 8-) A person learns all their life and still dies stupid. Don't make the same mistake I did.

it helped, after driving 100 km it is clear that the oil leak around the magneto has stopped 👍👍👍
