Hi all,
I bought pistons from the club earlier in the year for an Ariel KHA. Does anyone know what piston clearance they have?
Also I purchased a new set of rods. Does anyone know what big end tension they have?

Looking at the 1955 Hepolite details (as in the Members' Area of the main website) Hepolite supplied the same piston for the KG, KH and KHA and all with the same bore size spec (2.4803", 63mm) so I guess the answer is that your rebore is to that given standard standard bore size +the oversize. (The pistons will have been manufactured to fit a bore size.)
I can't help with the torque figures for the conrods, I imagine they're Club rods so maybe an apologetic (as he's not doing that job any more) email to the person who supplied them?
