Re: Kh500
Question for you then - how do you feel about rewiring? I'm sure that we can match up the colours so that you can understand what's going on but I wouldn't let those crimp connectors near a bike. They're terribly unreliable and I would want to replace them. How do you feel about doing that, or would you rather buy a new loom?
Second question - is there any sign of an ignition switch to use with the Thorspark?

Hi it seems to be on its own in the loom black wire with ringlet on one end and sheafing over it with a rubber boot.
Re: Kh500
I’m trying to identify some of the wires by continuity testing.

Re: Kh500
Their website says they do. If the KH is fitted with a Drags loom, the diagram would certainly helpMick D wrote: Wed May 07, 2025 5:29 pm Hi
That's the diagram I would expect, have you asked Draganfly if they supply wiring diagrams for their looms?
Regards Mick

Re: Kh500
That's what I would do. These looms are so simple, it's not worth messing about with old wiring.D Harding wrote: Thu May 08, 2025 1:34 pm Hi Simon I think that’s probably the best to start again friend of mine is going to get me the same colour wires I need. Let you know thanks for your help
