Hi Dave, I think a 350cc sloper was still made in 1933 for export only ( to Holland). The MA3 was a sv to use up the sloper bits. I believe 99 were made? Perhaps Roger Gwynn can confirm??
Guy a friend of mine is restoring one.

Correct Jim, after the crash a batch of 99 MA machines were made and all went to The Netherlands. They are believed to have been 350sv inclined engines in standard 1933 singles frames. I know of 2, one was owned by Guy Hovey and is now back in The Netherlands and the other was offered for sale at some time by Yesterdays in The Netherlands. The photo I have of the one from Yesterdays, is not great but it does show what may be a slightly modified std frame and some other weird parts that may be genuine parts or incorrect parts added by an earlier restorer. Comments and other info would be welcome.

Guy still has one to complete. I think it was mainly an exercise in using up older parts.
