Help with Horn wiring.
Hi! I'm just fitting a new wiring loom from Draganfly on my Arrow. I've got the wiring diagram and sorted most wire destinations and tagged them, also added indicator wiring to the loom. I can see there's a live coming from the battery that supplies the Horn and the rear brake light switch, the brake light just goes to earth after switch. What I can't see is how the wire from the horn to the horn button? No trace of that wire to be seen? Help!

Re: Help with Horn wiring.
The live wire goes to one of the horn terminals. The other horn terminal is connected to the horn button by a single wire which may come with the horn button. The horn button, when pressed, provides the earth needed for the horn to sound. Not having had a two stroke for many years, I can't remember the correct colour for the horn button wire but on my four strokes it is black.

On my Arrow which is a 1965 model with an original loom the horn feed is brown with a blue trace
and the lead from the horn to the button on the 'bars is also brown but with a black trace. The latter
comes out of the loom just behind the headlamp on a spur around 6" long with a snap connector
to connect with the horn push wire. At the horn end both leads spur out of the main loom as a pair
terminated with push-on connectors to attach to the horn.

Cheers will? No sign of a wire close-by to be honest? I'll take a real close look in the morning.

Been looking on the loom but no sign of any other wire anywhere? Guess I'll have to run one up outside the loom then, that's disappointing?

Re: Help with Horn wiring. Last try.
Right then people? I need to get this sorted today. I have a long tail, or branch that ends with two Brown/Blue wires together in an insulated Spade connector. There is another Insulated Spade connector on the same tail, this has a Brown/Black wire on it. Towards the end of the loom, there is another Brown/Black wire with an ordinary bullet type connector. Further up the loom, there is the Brown/Black wire with a bullet type connector on it that I have mentioned previously. I need help preparing to wire up the horn up to it's button and the rear stoplight switch up to the rear light. I suspect that the two Spade connectors go to the Stoplight switch, if this is correct please can someone let me know?

I expect that the single brown/black wire with the snap connector goes to the horn push
and the brown/black and the brown/blue pair of wires with the spade connectors go direct to
the horn.

Thank you Will. Yes, Colin at Draganfly said the same. Loom is going back in the bike but not all connected all back up yet. I hope to do this thenext day or so.
