Hi All, apologies if this post is repeated...... Can anyone help me download a Gearbox Spares List from the Spares page?
All I get is "file cannot be downloaded securely"
I contacted Simon who suggested turning down/off security for a minute just to download this file but that just momentarily ...

Re: sq 4 oil pressure....
Thanks Paul, I took the sump plug out yesterday as I could see from the oil tank level that it had wet sumped. I drained the crankcase out completely and about 350cc oil came out. I placed a clean container under the sump overnight, but only a little more came out, perhaps 20cc. I have watched all ...

AHA!! Found it!- my missing oil pressure was there all along....
I decided to investigate my seemingly poor oil pressure a little further. My existing pressure gauge is tapped into the rocker line at the far end, where it feeds the rockers. I was suspecting the cam oiler kit to be bleeding off a ...

Re: Special alloy rings for riviting to primary chain wheel to stop oil leaking
I don`t know what the differences are between the Sq 4 and single chaincases in terms of room?, but i did have to file/trim the rings a little to get them to be as close as possible to the chain case wall without fouling. This of course meant several attempts involving re-assembly to check. I seem ...

Re: Special alloy rings for riviting to primary chain wheel to stop oil leaking
Hi, I installed these on my square four. I took great care with the job, and they seem to be a complete success- not a drop of oil leaks now so i would recommend them, Best Regards, Bob.

Re: Sq4 Block to crankcase spacer?
Hi, What pistons are you using?- I had this issue too and I found that the IMD pistons have a crown height that is significantly higher than say, Hepolites. Somewhere on this forum I posted a photo to illustrate this with one of each type of piston linked side by side with the same gudgeon pin. I ...
