The price of the alloy head in Ontario is $300 Canadian, which I believe is about 160 Pounds Sterling. I'm not sure how much shipping would be, but if you're not in too big of a hurry, I will be coming over to the UK in October and possibly could bring it with me.

Dennis, if you still need an alloy head for your 350 NH a friend of mine here in Southern Ontario Canada has one. I have not seen it, but he tells me there are no obvious defects. Let me know if you are interested and I can get some more details.
