Hello everyone,
I am looking for a list from which I can find out which engine and which add-on parts such as gearbox, Magdyno, carburetor etc. fit a certain frame number. The frame number I need this for is XG 32094.
Best regards,
Ralph

Re: Special alloy rings for riviting to primary chain wheel to stop oil leaking
Hello everybody,
Thank you for your answers.
The pictures and explanations from David are very helpful, he also talks about the difficulties involved in this conversion, such as the lubrication of the needle roller bearing and the difficulties with drilling.
Thank you very much
Best Regards,
Ralph

Re: Special alloy rings for riviting to primary chain wheel to stop oil leaking
Hello Chris,
Thanks for your info.
As I was told, you should adjust the parts for the single cylinder so that they are very close to the housing but not rubbing against it, but no one has reported who has done this successfully ...

Re: Special alloy rings for riviting to primary chain wheel to stop oil leaking
Hi, thanks for your answer.
As far as I know this solution was originally developed for the Square four, but does it work that well on a VH Single ?
Does anyone have any experience ?
Best Regards,
Ralph

Re: Mounting direction with Omega pistons
I asked Peter, here is his answer:
No direction, so either way is good.
Make sure the new bore is good and correct so the datumn is off the underside of the flange, some try and come off the top and Opsss it does not work. Alsofit the piston rings the correct way as easy to get mixed up.
