Re: Greg's 1932 Ariel Square Four 4F600
According to the manual it was a 1931 Rak, look for other parts. It's an interesting year. Tune the tank, head and cylinder.

Re: Greg's 1932 Ariel Square Four 4F600
I think your engine could be from 1933-34 and they modified the engine mounts to fit the older frame. It would probably be easier to find a 34-36 frame marked Y and refurbish it as a short-engine motorcycle.

I trust it will serve you well. Today we wouldn't be able to get such a low price. Times have changed a lot.

Re: Ariel 4F6 / 1935 my new project
After a long time we returned to our OHC project. I was at the Italian Rally (Sardinia) and I was interested in this machine. I guess I needed a little incentive to get the desire to return to this discussed project. So we at least put the engine together.

Re: 1936 LG 250
This motorcycle is really great. I don't like motorcycles with small capacity because our country is hilly and I am heavy, but this piece is beautiful. Congratulations

I received some nice photos from the Ariel exhibition in the Czech lands 2024. We lent our model E to this exhibition. You too can enjoy it.

Re: Ariel SB/1932 and SF 1931 my new project
I will definitely enjoy it. We have only started it so far and it still has childhood diseases. The clutch slips, it does not show oil pressure ... but everything will be fixed in time and the motorcycle will bring joy from riding. I am looking forward to it
