KH500 rigid/plunger front engine plates

Post by john.nash »

Cannot find any pictures of these ?
Allegedly they are the "curved ones" ..

I can get an engine for the frame but not the plates ...

Not held by the Club, Drags nor John Budgen ...

Hi Josh,
I have some somewhere, but I'm not sure exactly where. I'll start looking.

A twin frame is also made from thinner tube.(wall thickness) in some places. Nev

I have some lying around which I can make a drawing of if that helps? The only non-straightforward part of making a pair would be to replicate the compound curves around the front and upper edges but another Lancs Branch member has had some made by welding extra metal onto flat plates and they look passable. Can post pics in any case.
