Not sure if this is the best place for this enquiry or 'Where Are They Now' but I'm trying to research the history of my recently acquired 58 FH. It's original registration was HYJ 71, which is a Dundee, Scotland registration.
There are two Dundee dealers listed in Ariel's Parts List: J. A. Rodger and George McLean, both no longer in existence as far as I can determine.
I wonder if anyone recognises this registration and would care to pass on any details of it's history.

Dispatch records for frame/engine numbers will usually state who the factory supplied to (get machine dating info).
Also there might still be some old local registration records about for YJ , see here for Dundee
