WNG cables and wiring route

I have been arranging all the cables and controls that pass under the fuel tank and everything goes in justly and with difficulty.
Can you explain the route of each cable?
Clutch, decompressor, advance / retard, Throttle, choke, and wiring harness? My carburator is at 89B / 1AK. The rubber spacers where the tank supports are 13 mm high.

My W/NG carburetter looks much like that. I was thinking about using one of those curved tubes for the cables.

I had thought about using those curved tubes, but since they are not listed in the parts manual, I could not understand what the problem is.

Have you tried lifting the tank up higher either with another rubber spacer or some washers? The rubbers on top are normally 5/8 inch thick so about 15mm but I think you could go higher?

Looking at the below photo of an original WNG the top of your carb looks to be much closer to the bottom of the tank.

It may be the angle of the photo of your tank but is it possible that the rear tank mounting points are somehow recessed into the tank. The mounting plates on my WNG tank is level with the underside of the tank, yours looks to be higher up.

Maybe my carburetor has more height than the original.
I will check my tank and place spacers of more height to test if there is an improvement in the installation of cables and wiring

I've always found there to be very restricted space between the top of the carb and the bottom of the tank, on all my Ariel singles.

I have to avoid using adjusters at the carb end and get the cable outer sitting as low as possible by using cables with a 'middle' adjuster that have the ferrule at the carb end like an upside-down top hat that fits down inside the carb top. Trying to think back a long time to when I had a 276 on an NH I think I might also have been able to use a 'standard' cable but with a split ferrule (like the one used at the throttle twist grip but smaller) that let the cable outer sit level with the carb top - this would be a bit like Luiz's throttle cable (in the pic) with the lock nut taken off and the adjuster screwed fully down.

Good call Simon regarding the cable ferrules on the carb top.
Here is my VH with the plain brass sunken ferrules which reduce the height at which the cables leave the carb top significantly. The outer cable fits straight into the brass ferrule so no other ferrule needs to be fitted on that end of the cable. I have midway cable adjusters at the handlebar end for the throttle and choke cable.

My WNG has a 276 which has a threaded cable connection for the choke cable but has a plain ferrule for the throttle

I think you could drill out the threads for the carb top adjusters and use the plain ferrules, this will give you much more room for the cables to bend

I haven't got a decent pic but your tank is definitely sitting lower than mine, The lower edge of my tank is about 1/2 in above the mount when done up.

With automotive steel pipe 3/16 diameter I made these curves to improve the position of the cables.
The copper ends will be replaced. I did not like how they were. Work for lathe.
