4th April -AOMCC Member's area - currently not working

As of the 4th April, the member's area is still down.
I followed up the email escalations, of friday 1st April , with a phone call.
Usually, it will get recovered fairly quickly after a phone reminder.
I am aware that these issues have been intermittant for a good few months now.
