This is hard to believe, but did I ever show what happened to my former 1927 Model C camshaft?

Alan I don't have a clue, it just snapped off!
Maybe just fatique... due to it's age

I am guessing that this was not the first time such a break had happened. Presumably the problem led to the strengthening of this part of the camshaft in subsequent years.
