Re: W/NG Front Brake Cam
I'll see what I can do , Luis. OK here it is.
A = 1/2 inch diameter
B = 1"
C = 1/2 inch Cam width.
both washers one fixed and one floating are 1'5 mm thick and 30 mm dia which is also dimension D.
Thread is 5/16 x 26 tpi thread, 8 mm long. Square is .390 inch across flats 5 mm long and 10 degrees anticlockwise of the faces of the cam to position lever alignment correctly.
Adjust B length to get correct end float and allow for washer. Sorry about the mm and inches mix.. Conversion is 3937.( 1 mm = .3937 inches . Good luck. Nev

Re: W/NG Front Brake Cam
Don't forget the square on the end is displaced about 10 + degrees to get the brake arm in the correct position. They MAY be slightly tapered. That would get a better fit. The "fixed " washer is rivetted on. You leave a small extension. Hope it's not to late for that one. Nev Nev

Re: W/NG Front Brake Cam
There's no bush as such. The cam turns in the floating "bracket" P/n 4130-32 held in place with two 1/4" bolts P/n 0531, 2 stepped nuts P/n 4132-29 and two Thackery washers . The holes at each end are elongated to allow movement for the shoes to centre when the brake is applied. It's fabricated by welding but you could make it from solid mild steel (or even bronze).. Nev

I keep moving slowly, adapting parts that have to be twinned, it takes time.
