Seems to be a WNG. Engine n° BH217## Frame n° XG449##
Need 19" front wheel and minor parts.

There is a very large culture of English motorcycles here in Argentina. Our railways were of English origin and we were closely linked to the UK commercially. I estimate that this bike arrived in Argentina after WW2. The previous owner was the one who restored it and found it in very poor condition.
