W/ng timing for dummies

Hi again.

I`ve finaly got round to swapping my timing chest and had to remove the timing sprockets to do so.

Is there an idiots guide to setting up the points and timing somewhere?
1966 Rickman Metisse, Lambretta Series2 with 35 ponies...weeeee
