Chrome Platers

Post by simon.holyfield »

Here's a question - who's your favourite plater?

I've had quite a lot of work done by John Wyatt Polishing in Thetford, Norfolk. All good quality & good value.

For my Square Four, I thought I'd look into some others. The first I tried was Ashford Plating, who quoted £65 for a single headlamp rim???!

I'm sure they do a quality job, but what a price!
cheers

Urm... read Cheval. Steve Urquart's story, and mention of Ashford Plating...

Prestige Electro Plating in Mexborough (near doncaster) are fantastic and very good value for money. Heavily recommend them.

ACF Howell in Walsall. First saw them on TV on a program about restoring VWs, they triple plated my Jones rims for £ 70 each, and lots of other stuff done too. Honest with delivery times and well used by car and bike fraternity
