w/ng purchase
I have agreed to purchase a 1942 w/ng from a club aquaintance, it has been civilianised in the past and sports a red tank on mainly black cycle parts, I am wondering if a bike this age would have had tank instuments when manufactured or an independant speedo?, this has such, doesn't bother me if it is not correct just would like to know, kind regards

Re: W/NG Purchase
Welcome aboard!
W/NGs have a speedo head mounted on the forks, in two different places depending on when it was built.
Do you have the engine and frame numbers? We can sort the speedo location out for you.
Do you have some pictures?

Welcome to the exclusive order of W/NG lovers. A high ground clearance lightweight mount of some considerable merit. Nev
