The seller says (note the section I have underlined) :
'I have quite a lot of these, rescued from a deceased estate, some of which were mated
to vehicles or frames, these were I assume from vehicles that were broken over the years!
I'm not sure what you can use them for, perhaps they could be used for projects with no identity
but I am selling them as memerobelia.'

As discussed before, illegal use of these logbooks is a concern, but for a seller to actually suggest in writing that the logbooks 'could be used for projects with no identity' is amazing. The seller has a number of logbooks for sale, all have a similar description. I have made contact with Ebay regarding the listings.

Cheers

Hello Alan, no need to worry about this log book anymore; I picked it up at a carboot sale at the weekend. It has been put away with my Ariel books.
