Various bikes in old mags
Just been looking through some old mags (thanks, Bea Hawkins) and wondered if any of these are still around.

Some may remember a review of a Mk2 four with a boat sidecar in the late fifties, included a test run of the boat, which nearly sank in freezing water. The bike was thought lost, but the entire outfit turned up on US ebay about five years ago,in original condition, even to the boat.Regards John.

Peter,
I can find no records of any of the bikes you posted being still registered / in-use in the UK.
In Steve's post 8187WE is shown as being taxed so is still out there somewhere

8187 WE belongs to a certain S Carter, who often uses one of these but I'm not sure if the smilie will come out from this machine

Is that Steve posing in the riding gear? Not sure that helmet is British Standard approved for motorcycle use
