There were 6 bidders for this logbook. Item description stated:
"Not cancelled.
Not recorded with DVLA, therefore should be obtainable.

Well....the reg number should ONLY be obtainable if you actually own the bike with the matching frame number. All six of the bidders could not have 'owned' the original bike ??
