In the process of fitting beehive springs and GS inlet valve to my VH alloy head, l realized that l would need suitable top collets and split retainers, not wanting to modify my standard ones. l spent a pleasant half hour in Brit Bits - formally Ray Fishers - in Christchurch. They couldn't have been more helpful, going through numerous bags to find exactly what l required.
l also noticed that much of their stock was priced lower or the same as l had seen at many of the autojumbles in the region. l have no affiliation to them, but do appreciate good old fashioned service
