we actually maybe limited to this style as we went to the latest/greatest board version and the templates need time to catch up

Hi John, may I add my thanks for all that you do for us.
The "new" forum looks great, bright and clear, I'm finding my way around OK so far although at present I'm missing "recent posts" no doubt it's still in there somewhere.

I missed that too! then found if you click on quick links in top l/h corner a drop down menu comes and there it is!
