I have had the square four with the registration for two years now, i bought it up here in the Shetland islands from a friend who bought it in 1991 . I was wondering if anyone can help with some details of the provanence of the bike. I know a Mr Richard Michael Jones has owned the bike around 1983,it was also restored by a company or person called Ken Bryant restorations but when i don't know. I am now doing a full refurb and hope to have it back on the road this spring. I would be glad to hear of anymore information. The square is a 1958, cherokee red model, sold in Plymouth, from Kings motors.

I think Ken Bryant might have been "ITMA" who was a greatly valued real Guru on the AJS and Matchless Owners Club Forum, some less wise people upset him and sadly he withdrew.
I bet a 4 would look nice in Cherokee Red.
Robin.
