I've had to send the live straight to the bulb, not through the dip switch, as the light needs a constant power source. You then have to run the earth through the dip switch which operates the solenoid which moves the bulb element from dip to main....

I'm really hopeful for a good report. The photo looks promising.
If it is as good, or nearly as good as the HID it replaced, those of us with 35w gennies will have a whopping 15w to spare, more on low beam!!! We could have heated grips, well, warmed grips...

I think I can give you a good report Brenton. So far I would say its as good as the HID that I had previously fitted if not slightly better.
Rob is fitting a HID with a dip so his setup will probably be better then my HID, maybe we should compared beams
Its interesting to see the ammeter move far less now then before. Also it doesn't get brighter when the engine is reved.
