I am having problems sealing the joint exhaust to barrel
I have fitted a new ring and used some sealent when castle,nut is tightened up the pipe can just fall out of the hole,
any suggestions would be grateful

My experience over the years with the threaded exhaust collars/ nuts is that they are not that good at sealing the exhaust pipe or holding it very securely. The lug on the pipe which fits on the foot rest seems to do most of the holding in place.
I think the idea is that the chamfer on the nut/threaded collar pushes the copper seal onto the exhaust pipe as it is tightened, the copper seal is usually quite a tight/close fit on the pipe in the first case. I have used an O ring on the Arrow and it seems to have survived the heat and provided a fairly tight grip on the pipe but the cylinders are made of a different material so may be cooler.
