Headlight identification

Can anyone tell me what this model this headlight is ?
It is on my 48 VH and suspect it's not original..

Hi Tim, it's a fairly generic SSU700 or similar - fitted to a lot of bikes of the period.
You want an MU42. Domed glass with cats eye shape cast in, smaller diameter.
