What I would like to now how to do is embed a video. Anyone know how?
If you're posting a youtube video, then it there is a "youtube" button above the editor (right of font colour).
I tagged it to say "simply out the actual youtube video number between two tags" - roll your mouse over to see that.

I turned on the common video extensions so just attaching them should play them

Thanks John. If I can ever sort the camera angle out so it films something more than my headlight, I'll have a go at posting a ride through the Adelaide hills.
You might get to see a suicidal Kangaroo or Emu (although I hope not)..
