They overhauled my NH head a couple of years ago.

Lead free valve seats,
Valves, springs,
Bead/Vapour blast,
Skimmed head ensuring that the counterbore was sitting on the liner spigot (I gave then the dimensions for the 'gap' required).

Recommended.
