W/NG : Pillion seat or pillion saddle

Post by didier.vignati »

Hi all,

I would like to put a pillion on the bike, but as I have never had a old bike with two separated seats, I would like to know your advices about that, seat or saddle ?

Thanks for your precious help.

Be careful. Ordinary civilian Lycett-type spring pillion seats won't fit between the forward legs of the W/NG luggage rack. The military ones are quite different.

There's a lot of information on the WD Motorcycle Forum about military pillion seats. Ariel apparently used 'Acumen' pillion seats:

You might have to be a member of the forum for the link to work.
cheers
