I never seen them Adrie .... I got the mechanism but not the gears ...

As to Mike's question, if you are after the actual right angled mechanism, then it is an EBAY job.
Occasionally you might see one at an autoumble.

I got an enfield one from http://www.cornucopia-enterprises.de/indey.html a few years back.
I understand that there are differences between different military machines, so make sure you know what you want ...

Is actualy an Enfield right angled mechanism suit to my bike or i missunderstood ?

I don't know if they are the same. Sorry.
I think there are diferent rotations /which side of the wheel they fit.

They may be the correct ones?
