Rather confusing this one, frame is certainly 1913 as it is a dropped frame but with a large gap between rear wheel and frame, in 1912 it was a much smaller gap. I think the tank is newly made as the corners are rather square a batch feed pump on the left is correct for 1912, 1913 they went to a drip feed. It has a fixed rather than adjustable pulley, which is 1913 but may be a replacement. Pretty but not 1910!

The engine No suggests its 1910/11 as it is roughly 180 numbers earlier than my 2 1911 motors. The frame number suggests 1910 but may have been altered to a dropped frame at a later date. The mag and carb are later than 1910/11 but it does have its original 3 way handlebar lever which puts the motor on half compression, or on full compression, or when pulled right up, is the valve lifter.
