I bought a rear mudguard 'Ariel works' sticker from the club and the positioning advice was to put it "just above the rear light bracket".
I can't figure out where that should be. It would really help me if anyone has a photo showing the position. Secondly, the rear mudguard appears to be missing something at the bottom, possibly a badge or a reflector? Any advice will be welcomed.

As per the photo below for the transfer:
The two holes at the same height in the rear mudguard are for a cast badge which says ARIEL. This is not the enamel badge used on the tank but part no 5670-55. I suspect that the single hole below these two may have been used for a reflector. The rear light used up to 1955 did not incorporate a reflector but the 1955 - onwards one did so many owners added their own reflector in 1955, not realising the change.
