Yes this is a whole lot of money… however the primary cases are right for 1937. If you look close to the 4th picture you will see a small hole between de the pushrod tubes. This might be a indication that the cases are also from a VB. In that case someone made a OHV from that ‘poor sidevalve’. But we can’t be sure, as we do not have the frame- and engine numbers!

Oil feed to rockers from return line. Cover over the timing chain is later type. Levers not right . Rear chain guard odd. TINY horn, Tank is probably W/NG. Wrong fuel tap. CP gearbox. Solid state regulator. Might run and ride well, but.... Nev
