BOM Veteranentour a few pictures
Roads in Belgium : A-b-s-o-l-u-t-e-l-y abysmal.
When (if at all) they do a road repair they always manage to put less back in to whatever they were 'repairing'.
Not only on B roads, even main roads have potholes that throw you out of your saddle.
Escaped a elderly lady who denied me my right of way and met me head on at one of those village chicanes. My NG left a skid mark on the road and I in my pants. She got a lucky escape because she just kept on moving, Had she stopped I would now have spent some time in a Belgium dungeon
Up to the mid sixties you did not need a driving licence in Belgium, she probably was one of those...bugger.
